 By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to:
 - Use the lexical items related to television.
 - Ask and talk about Phong's and Hung's favourite programme.
 - Talk about what they like or dislike about television.
 1. Knowledge: 
 * Vocabulary: channel, schedule, entertaining, laugh, awful, character, educational
 * Grammar: simple present tense
 2. Skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
 3. Attitude: Educate Ss to love good tradition values
B. PREPARATION: 
 1. Teacher: 
 • Techniques: - Individual work, pair work, group work, teacher – the whole class
 - Guessing, picture prediction
 • Teaching aids: Text-book, notebook, computer, projector, pictures.

A. OBJECTIVES:
 By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to:
 - Use the lexical items related to television.
 - Know how to pronounce the sounds /θ/ and /ð/ 
 - Learn to identify a word from its description.
 1. Knowledge: 
 * Vocabulary: newsreader, MC, viewer, remote control, weatherman, button
 * Grammar: simple present tense
 2. Skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
 3. Attitude: Educate Ss to love good tradition values
